I am writing to you in relation to my recent order from your company for some christmas decorations. I thought this year that I would get some gifts for some friends with personalised xmas ornaments and I went online to look. Needless to say I found some american sights with lovely personalised gifts but the cost of delivery to ireland was extortionate. However in this search I had the wonderful luck to find your website. Well I made my order just the night before last and to my delight when I arrived to the office today the parcel was there waiting for me. All six items are lovely and done just as I had requested. They were extremely well packaged for posting and with the christmas tissue wrapping around them which is a lovely touch . I am not a one always for writing letters of acknowledgement or thanks but I have to say that the gifts are lovely and your service, delivery, packaging, promptness etc were nothing short of excellent.
